They never answered the phone and on the few occasions they did answer it they had no idea about the condition of my car. They were so unprofessional and unhelpful.
Won't give estimates only time and materials that leaves you open to unlimited bill at end. Very short and rude and place smells of cigarettes
The lady that came out was rude I have a show car 1965 Pontiac 2 + 2 she put writing board right on my trunk wiggle my emblems on the trunk she says what are we supposed to do with these and what do you think do you know how to take off emblems bad customer service mean lady they may do good work if you can get past the witch
We cannot say enough about Collision Connection Auto Body. Have used them on several occasions and have been very happy with their work. Janice is wonderful to work with and the end product is always great. We would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair work.
