If you don’t use Erv and his team you are making a mistake! Living in Springfield I used Collision Concepts for my vehicle repair. Hit a deer (pretty certain it was an 80 point buck) on December 14th... Collision Concpts was recommended so I said go ahead & they got it the 15th. There was extensive damage and I alongoing with the tow company wwreck pretty certain it was totalled. Well I got mmy car back yesterday and it looks better than the day I bought it!!! I will recommend them to every person I know!! Great cucustomer service and friendly supportive staff!! Ryan was always very professional and understanding of my stress during this repair!!
Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to get my car fixed as fast as possible. I picked my car up today and is not only fixed to perfection—its also spotless! Feels like a brand new car!

We had our previous vehicle repaired a couple years ago when a woman hit our van and ran. We took it to Collision and they were very prompt in giving us and estimate and getting it repaired and back to us. Very courteous staff too!
