Even though they have been non-stop busy since hurricane Harvey, Collision Clinic handled all the insurance claiming, and had my car fixed and back to me before Thanksgiving ( only took a week to fix some heavy damage from hitting a very large dog) even though it wasn't very likely I'd get it back before then! Everything seems to be running perfectly! Very pleased with their service!

Very disappointed in the service and quality of work. The paint is worn where they repainted and they said they would warranty it. We have been trying to contact them to set up a time to get it resolved but they are now not returning any messages. When I had the work done originally they messed my custom rims up because over spray got on them. All I want is for them to fix the paint job they say they will warranty! Horrible service would not recommend to anyone!!
Collision Clinic is the BEST shop in Southeast Texas!! Jerald, Brian, Vicki and the rest of the staff love what they do and take pride in their work and it shows!! They work hard to make sure everything works right and looks good! My car is better than new and it was done in a timely manner! They are a fantastic group of people and if you want the very best work this is definitely the place to go!!
