Goooooo for Glennnn! I absolutely have been blown away by the customer service at Patterson collision. Glenn and Nolan have been great with communicating.
Highly recommend this body shop!! I chose them over the insurance preferred body shop and I'm so glad I did! They did a fantastic job on my repairs and handled everything with the insurance company.
My husbands car needed front end work and Glenn and the whole collision center team did an amazing job. Communication through the whole process was great. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be back if we ever need future work done.
Glenn Black and Nolan Heffran were a tremendous help to us. We had an major accident while traveling and they responded immediately. Worked with our insurance and had us back on the road in 2 weeks. The repairs look like new with OEM parts. They were both very professional yet friendly. Answered all our questions and responded to multiple phone calls. We would highly recommend them.
Patterson collision center has to be the worst place to take ur vehicle to get fixed after an accident they don't get things done right and after several months they still have not fixed our truck and just give us the runaround and have no consideration for the troubles their customers face.
