Had to take my Nissan in for a couple of minor repairs and a few cosmetic upgrades I was wanting. I was informed this was the place to go by several people and could not have asked for a better experience!! Completely amazed at how I was treated and reassured with each step on my vehicle. The body shop manager even reached out to make sure I knew what was happening with my car and to make sure I was happy with the results. Will not hesitate to come back if need be and I highly recommend this auto body shop ten times over!!
Went in for a small repair and they have got it in and out in same day. Everyone was fantastic
This shop is very professional. They kept me up to date on everything. It was there a few weeks, but hey I did have a lot of hail damage as well as all the new technical gadgets in these new vehicles. I want to give a special thank you to Lauren for helping me see the light during insurance process. You all got my sick truck all fixed up and well. It looks beautiful again. You all at Patterson Collision are great in my book. Thanks again
I had my HRV repaired here after hitting a deer and when I went to pick it up they charged me an extra $30.00 for gas, I asked why and the lady put her hand up and said we had to calibrate it, I told her I had just filled it up right before I hit the deer. She was very rude to me and continued to hold up her hand to me, she was telling me to talk to her hand because she didn't care. I will never do business with them again.
