I had a wonderful experience at Crash Champions. The front desk ladies were very friendly, they explained everything to me so that I actually understood it. They made getting rental car a lot less stressful as well. My car looked brand new when i got it back, Steve did an absolutely amazing job fixing the damage and it was done earlier than originally expected. My whole experience there from start to finish was awesome, the ladies at the front desk or friendly and helpful and the guys that fixed my car did an absolutely amazing job. They helped me with my rental car and Steve stayed in touch with me through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend taking your car there if ever in that situation.
Scheduling was simple, easy and fast. Greeted by 2 happy, smiling and helpful employees at the front desk. Emily came out to assess the damage, with a professional, polite,honest and calming demeanor. Easing my stress. Emily kept me updated on all progress. Emily delivered my truck early and exceeding all my expectations in the quality of the repairs! Highly recommend EMILY!!!
I had the greatest experience with Crash Champions. I took my car in on this past Monday and picked my car up today Thursday 3:00pm. The girls at the front are the nicest and do explain everything. Then my advisor Steve came to the desk to go over what was going to be repaired. He was super nice and a gentleman. I would recommend this location without any hesitation.
