Alaina was pretty responsive to my queries as the job went on. Called and got booked for a Tuesday. It was explained that it could take longer than 2 weeks but they would try to keep it short. Got me a vehicle to drive. Did all the paperwork for the insurance claim and answered the questions needed. Helped me send it to service for something unrelated and got it back and cleaned up for the wife to pick up. Pick up process was smooth. Less than 2 weeks and done well.
Update: Randii called me this morning and I'm very impressed with how hard she worked to resolve my issues and ensure the quality of communications going forward.
These folks will blatantly lie to you about the progress of your repairs. They have had my car (to fix a scratched bumper) for 2 weeks and have told me for each of the last two weeks that my repairs were in process. Today, they just called to tell me that they still have not started the repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE LIARS AT ALL.

I initially took my vehicle to another body shop and was told that my damage was cosmetic and if I slap on some touch up paint I should be good to go. Very disrespectful coming from an insurance approved establishment. I knew Milwaukee North Collision would get the job done right, it was worth the additional cost.
