To be fair, the repair work looks good and the staff, especially the lady at the front desk were polite and professional. BUT, it took double the estimated time to order the parts and triple the estimated time to do the repair. Which resulted in me having an extra 102.00 dollar charge at the rent car place. Since the delays were on their end they own me the 102 dollar up charge. Also when I picked my car up the inside was filthy. I had a widow get hit with something that left a hole and shattered the rest without falling out of the frame. I called like 10 minutes before they closed and asked if they had anything that I could put on it before it got replaced. Brian was kind enough to put stuff on the window so that way if it was to shatter it would it the protectant. Now I'm gunna see if I can cancel my order with marka mobile glass to us them instead Thanks Brian!
By far the best service you can get when dealing with the headache of having body work done to your vehicles. Between Dane and Brandon over here at Collision Center you don’t want anybody else in the area taking care of you and your family. I have referred many folks to these two guys. Took my car there to get the front bumper fixed. Not much damage but enough that required some paint. When I picked up my car from them after being fixed it looked good. Went straight home (less then 2 miles down providence) where I got a closer look at it. One spot that was a pretty deep scratch that needed repaired didn't look right to me so I took it back and they tried to convince me that it was a new rock chip that happened on my way home after picking it up. What a ripoff insurance company Progressive is. I certainly hope that no one else in Columbia gets hit by one of their clients in an auto accident. They have you go to "their" estimator for claim damages and no matter how many other estimates you have, you get a check for their low-ball estimate. They also claim that there is no diminished value that they are responsible for in the State of Missouri by statute.
