Yeah don't go here. Thought it would be better to come to Toyota approved shop but I don't think it meant anything. My car had the most minor surface damage and they couldn't do it right...parts were missing and paint was scuffed. I would say I was pretty patient on the timing. My vehicle was there for 2 months. When I got into the office no one at the front desk and for 15 mins no staff members stop by and ask. The person that help isn’t call helping. She just took some photos and told me the how much. It’s all about money now these day. No compassion for someone just got his Cadillac converter stollen out his own drive way. My Toyota Sienna was purchased from Autonation Irvine. this collision center in Costa Mesa is (unfortunately) contracted with Autonation. the front end of my vehicle was repaired there. the work seemed OK at first, but after about 2 months, issues started to present themselves. the mechanic apparently forgot to connect the hose for the windshield wiper jets, because they didn't work when I needed them to (very scary to have windshield wipers smearing dead bugs all over your windshield instead of cleaning it) and no, the wash... read more
