Bill was absolutely amazing at helping me when i had to bring my car to them. Not just one incident but two.My car looks amazing, they had it done in an efficient timely manner, and continued to keep me updated about the progress on the car. Highly recommend them!
I took my car in to get the bumper repaired after hitting a deer and they gave my car back to me broken. On my way home from the dealership all of the lights on my dash went on and went I stopped at a red light, my engine turned off. I took the car back to them immediately and they told me there was nothing they could do. They referred me to somewhere else and denied they were responsible.
Very poor experience getting our vehicle repaired. Not all required work was completed and communication about the repairs was severely lacking.
