Austin at GMC Collision Center is amazing. Due to sloppy road construction, my white car ended up with tar on the passenger door, driver door and front bumper. I didn't have an appointment- just stopped in. I left with a white car again! Thank you, Austin!
These guys were great too work with. I struggle with the color because I was from out of state and couldn't confirm if I'd like it. I didn't want to make a mistake like I did 10 years ago and regret what I bought. They were very patient...took 4 days for me to confirm by visiting a local dealer. Once I saw in person I loved it...I said sold! These guys know how to treat a customer...again thx guys for a great buy!
Had to call in 5 times to get an appointment made. I was initially told the repair would take 2 days, then was told at least 8 days when I dropped off the car. I was told I would have a loner car to pick up within 3 days. They gave the loaner car to another customer...
