Communication and follow up with these guys was brilliant. I tried to get my windshield for my Nissan GTR done with a couple of places prior and it was like pulling teeth to get any info or follow up calls. Decided to give these gentleman a call and they handled everything start to finish, quickly too. They would have Had me in the shop same day the glass and parts arrived if I was able to be there. Thank you for the wonderful experience getting my windshield replaced. Customer service was great from beginning to end. I needed mobile service and they rearranged things to make sure they could come out on a dry day. The price was also lower than another company that I called. A couple months ago I woke up at 5am to head to work. To my surprise, my passenger side window was busted in. I looked at a couple quotes online (including from Geico, my insurance provider), but many were quoting me over $1,000. I got on the phone with Collision Auto and they let me know that my car's window was not available anywhere in the area (which explains why other places were quoting me high). This is one of the good ones! They replaced my windshield and stood behind their work even after 7+ years. The rubber trim around the windshield came loose and they were able to fit me in the same day (I couldn't make it that soon so we scheduled for the next day). Not only did they fix it and fix it quickly, they even cleaned up the gunk left around the area from my hubby using packing tape to keep it down. I didn't ask them to. Had a pretty large rock chip in my windshield (dime sized). They fixed it within 30 minutes and it is barely visible now. Super friendly, affordable service and an adorable pup too!
