Car Repair I recently had an accident and was referred to Gate City by my insurance company. I showed up and the front staff treated me like they really appreciated me choosing them. They then repaired my vehicle and kept me in touch with how it was coming along and the work was just great! I could not be a happier customer...And definately will go back again if needed (However I hope I do not have any more accidents! Haha!)

They did a great job on the repair and were straight forward with all repair issues and the length of time that it would take to repair our vehicle. Clean job I had my door dinged pretty bad a couple months ago on my Lincoln Navigator and saw the guy who did it. So I got his insurance policy and had him pay for it. I took it to Crocketts Premier Auto Body and they did a clean job on repairing the ding. The prices are ok but I wasn't paying for the damage so I didnt care. I was very satified with the service and outcome with Crocketts Premier Autio Body.
Great service I've had my car serviced here one time when I had my car hit while parked at work. I always have problems with my car at work. Anyways, they are pretty professional people to deal with and pretty fast at getting the job done. They do a clean job and the waiting area is pretty clean.

Good Results We and some friends have had some good results with Len's Auto Body. There once was a wait when they were at their old location. Now that they have moved to a larger facility, they seem to be on time when vehicles are promised. No complaints on the work itselt.
They did a great job of saving me money on a repair! Prestige Too is a recommended repair center for my insurance company, and when my side mirror was knocked off my car, I took it to them to get it fixed. When they found that the repair would be under the deductible and it would be out of my pocket, they bent over backwards getting me the best deal possible--they found a used mirror that was the right color (saving me paint costs!), and it was in better shape than both of the ones I had on my car originally. Outrageous Estimate South Bay BMW recommended Prestige Too for a front bumper scuff (No body damage). I told the estimator that the work would be out-of-pocket. He quoted me nearly $1,000 to remove, paint and re-install. The paint portion of the estimate was reasonable, but they booked 10.3 hours for the remove and re-install. Examples of the itemization include 0.3 hours (18 mins) to R&I each side reflector, 0.3 hours for the upper seal, 0.2 hours (12 mins) for each washer cover, and 0.2 hours for the tow eye cap.
