Called them today to get an idea on price to paint certain parts to a car. Talked to a woman who i feel had no idea what she was doing. All i needed was a bumper painted, part wasnt even on the car. i had planned to bring the bumper in along with the paint code. lady boldly told me, BRING IN THE CAR. Car is in pieces, so there is no way to "bring in the car". i repeatedly told her part only, part only, part only. and she said "bring in the car" in order for them to tell me if they can paint it. I am very particular about my vehicles and I am a person who will pay for quality over a bargain deal any day of the week. When I needed body work done on my BMW I asked for a recommendation from the BMW dealership and they referred me directly to Collision 1 Auto Body. Since my first experience with Collision 1, I have never taken my vehicles elsewhere. Collision 1 has been great. I was in an accident and there they were within 15 minutes. They gave me a fair estimate and fixed my car. I could not tell I was in a wreck. GREAT WORK and QUICK RESPONSE for towing. Thanks
