They were so attentive and helpful with my little punkin. Even sent a text with her picture after surgery letting me know she was OK. Very pleased
I took 4 Rescue dogs in for Paco Paws and the staff took care of me as quickly as possible. Trust me I had a lot of paper work that had to be done and it had to be done correctly Brenda handled it with great precision!! Thank you all so very much.
CVH gets 10+ from me. They keep my two dogs happy & healthy and I board them there all the time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. America is breeding lazy, irresponsible people. I am tired of hearing/reading about people who expect others to take care of their responsibilities. They expect the government to care for them and their children - for free, then they get pets which they expect clinics to care for - for free! Hello!!! My Pomeranian has dental surgery today, they kept me informed before and after everything. Everyone is so friendly. I have zero worries when my furbaby is in their care!
The doctors and staff at CVH have seen my four legged kids for years. Having giant breeds means I've had to deal with various issues over the years. One of my babies has terminal cancer and it's a matter of days. I can't imagine a more compassionate group than those at CVH (and I truly appreciate all that Kleenex I've been given).
The staff and doctors at CVH are wonderful. We started using them when we moved to Skiatook 8 years ago. We moved to Sand Springs a few months ago and continue to drive to Collinsville for our babies' care. They reception staff is wonderful. Brenda is like a good friend, caring not only about our fur babies but about me and my family. The doctors are very professional and it's quite obvious they know what they are doing. We are sincerely appreciative of the follow-up calls we receive when our pets are ill or injured to check on their progress. Our family also appreciates how the CVH family not only cares about our "fur" babies but us as well. Outside of the office when we meet Dr. Frantz in public places she ALWAYS inquires about each member of our family. That goes beyond the norm and makes us feel like family. I can't say enough great things about CVH! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I have always been happy with how pricing and procedures with different options were explained to me. Dr. Liston even took the time to talk to my 5 year old daughter when she said she wanted to be a vet when she grows up.
Five stars from our family! Prior to finding CVH, we had tried other clinics in Owasso, Collinsville, and Skiatook. We found our vet home with CVH, and we won’t go anywhere else! From the first phone call to them, to the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Brenda, to the hilarious first exam Dr. Frantz gave to Ringo, I knew they would always care for our pets.
