This place is run by an out of state company and that has let the place go down hill rapidly. I know multiple residents and they have had all sorts of issues in past year including lack of communication, and being forced to vacate their apartments for multiple months without any refund of rent for that time. And this summer they just haven't mowed for well over a month now. Calls and emails to the management company have been unproductive. Grass is currently waist high in places.
These are the worst apartments ever! Terrible!
Clean, Parking lot is big enough for everyone to have at least 2-3 cars per apartment, friendly neighborhood
Yeah, so I've got a kid I'm about to get custody, and I needed to live close to family in the area. I had just got a good paying job, DHS was going to front all the initial costs, and they even said I could send them another form of income verification, since I didn't have any pay stubs. They turned me down. I don't have a non-company vehicle so driving my 8 MONTH OLD child will next to impossible. These people no empathy, and just see numbers on papers.
