Purchasing the vehicle was a good experience. The radiator failure and the transmission Going Out 2 months afterwards and them not wanting to help at all to repair anything after saying the Kia dealership serviced it, was a different story. Use caution win buying here. Not a good way to do business.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience here! We saw a used car online that we were interested in seeing and test driving. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy and stress free! We test drove the car on a Saturday morning, and by Monday morning we purchased the vehicle and finished paperwork within 10 minutes! Will definitely recommend and continue our business with them, should we ever need another car in the future! Thanks again!
Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I drove from out of town to look at a car we saw online. There was no hassle to test drive the car, no sales pitches, just a very friendly, straightforward process. Purchasing the car (paperwork and such) took less than 20 minutes. Collinsville Auto Sales will be at the top of our list, the next time we are in the market for a vehicle!
The nicest people I’ve ever done business with! I told them what I could afford, they didn’t try to penny pinch or upsell. We were able to come to an agreement and my family and I left happy and forever customers. They even stayed after hours to accommodate us. I highly recommend this dealership!!!
