Very small office, but the entire staff were very kind and efficient. Had a tooth extraction and I’ve not had one that was so quick but not rushed, if that makes sense. Dr Collins took the time to talk to me about all concerns and I am going back for second time. Deff recommend!
They staff was very unprofessional,played on their phones the whole time,attitudes are so nasty,so impatient and laugh and make fun of patients,0 out of 10,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Doesn't allow parents/parent to be in the room with younger children while doing a procedure. You have to give a 24hr in advance call to cancel an appointment but if a person calls due to weather conditions, it's like you have no choice but to come in. Very poor communication.
i changed my mind about going here as soon as i called ! whoever answers the phone has a NASTY attitude!
Dr. Willie Collins is a great person and a good Dentist.
He made my dentures too big. I would not recommend him. He told me to use Poly Grip to hold them in. Thought he knew best since he was the dentist. The Poly Grip melts out after about 2 hours and I get a mouthful of gooey slime. I cannot eat with them because of the gaps it melts out faster and they end up loose in my mouth. I lost faith after my family and friends said he must not know too much about dentures. Now Medicaid is sending me back to him. Wish me luck!
