Called to have septic pumping done. It turned out to be a lot more issues than a simple pumping… Collin’s did a PHENOMENAL job across the board. Great communication, great advice, and Phenomenal work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing and septic work! Very reasonable prices as well!
Excellent service. We had a paper backup in our main house drain to the septic causing a backup and I was gone at work. I Called and Adam came out same day, found the issue and fixed it. He was honest about what needed to be done and did not try to up sell me for any other repairs. We have had them pump our septic for years and they have also done some plumbing work in our house before. There is not another company I would call for plumbing or septic repairs in Rock county other than Collins!
Collins was recommended me by a family member. Their charge was bout $75 cheaper than another company. Had them come out to pump our septic. They had to dig cover up which was 19.75 Inches below ground. Ground was hard & the guy struggled to dig it up until he decided to use a pickax instead of a shovel. He was there over 2 hrs. Recommended we put in risers. cost was $360 to pump & $250 for risers. But we were charged $775 without so much of a phone call before this charge went thru to tell us the added cost. Excellent Service by Ron, if you want the job done right call Collins! We will definitely be using them from now on. We’ve lived in our home for 25 years and this is the 1st Company to Actually Pump the Waste Properly, from the Box not the Pipe. Who knew?? His knowledge and workmanship is impressive!!
