Absolutely no complaints about the doctor, but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. They messed up my prescription for my glasses, so now I have to wait another month for my glasses to be replaced. This comes after sitting in the office for over an hour, waiting to be seen for an appointment that I shouldn’t have had to do again. Dr Gracie Neri was very thorough in her evaluation of the condition of my eye. She also comments and her findings. She also gave some tips on how to lessen the drying of my eyes, which I tried and it worked. I don't use the drops anymore. She is good. I would recommend her to my friends.
Stay clear of this place!! Leti the manager provides zero customer service! I’ve left messages in person in the office, email, voicemail and with the staff on the phone. 4 weeks of trying to reach her or get her to call me and nothing!!! She owes me a $175 refund and is avoiding me. This is ridiculous! I had my initial eye exam April 17, 2025 and did not receive the correct lenses until June 25,2025. Twice they were made wrong. Just this alone is reason enough to avoid this place, but her lack of ethics and no customer care ... read more
The optometrist treated me with the highest level of professionalism. However, the staff was atrocious. Very flippant and disrespectful. I came to pick up glasses and they were not right. As a result, had to wait weeks to get a new pair. Please offer customer service tutorial’s to the staff. No tissues by the contact station. No warm atmosphere. Just trying to help…
