It’s a fast growing community with easy commute to Duke/UNC. 13 mins drive to Tanger outlet make it so fun for weekday shops avoiding crowds. During summer, the amazing community pool is ready for you! Well maintained tennis/pickle ball court is ready for fun! Happy deers/bunnies are around! Easy access (20mins walk/3mins drive) to downtown Hillsborough/Occoneechee Mountains/river walk! Hope you can enjoy the vibe here as everybody here!
