Lack of Professionalism and Communication There is a serious lack of communication and professionalism at this office. I have encountered this on the numerous visits to the Lewisville and Flower Mound offices. I always have to wait a lenghty time in the waiting room and then find out that the doctor is not available after I get into the patient room. Doc great wait and staff not so much Doctor Collins is awesome. Nurses are awesome. Office staff is hit or miss. Some of the office staff is just awful and rude some are sweet. Flower mound office is way better. You will wait 1 hour every single time guaranteed.
A Man's Perspective From a husband's point of view, she's the best. An absolute sweetheart with a great bedside manner that recognizes husband's can be effected by a woman's issue also. She is inclusive with the pregancy issues and explains high risk issues simply and well.
