I had an appointment and over heard a Dr Sarquis screaming at a staff and the staff said “why are you treating me like this” The Dr responded be careful watch your self. This is absolutely unacceptable. I believe this is a threat. Orlandohealth please do better. Employees should never get treated like this by anyone.
Dr. Lannon is very professional, has great bedside manners and excellent follow through after treatment. Both my wife and I had serious foot issues, that with surgery and stem cell therapy l, we both have had great outcomes. He is a good one.
Florida Medical patient portal has never worked properly since the changeover to Orlando Health. All previous messages and tests wiped clean. Can never get anyone on the phone in the office or in support to help. Do better for patients!
Although most of the people are nice at these facilities, I am finding a common theme and that is even thought FMC markets themselves in having all of your records in one portal, none of them actually read your history. I am also finding they do the bare minimum to get paid by insurance. I was hoping (so I don't have to move all of my doctors elsewhere) this would change as Orlando Health takes over, but it seems to be getting worse. They make things up in their records. the surgical coordinator Nazly codes your procedure wrong before you even see the doctor and makes it impossible to correct to the point you don't want to see this doctor. stay away if you want good service from the front office staff. good luck in speaking to a human. the office staff is impossible to reach. I have been a patient for two plus years and have had to leave a message 100 percent of the time and they do not call you back expeditiously.
Dr. Lannon is the best Foot and Ankle Specialist I have ever had. Please come and see Dr. Lannon for any foot and ankle issues. :)
Terrible office. I made a New patient appointment for my husband, And we had to wait five weeks for him to get in. His appointment was scheduled for a Thursday. On Wednesday, the day before he received an email, confirming his appointment and asking him to check in. Also, he received several text messages in the days leading up to the appointment, confirming his appointment. He had to take a half a day off of work, just to make it to the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr Santoscoy, BUT not in his current office affiliation. I an a long time client and I called for an appointment just to follow up on a few things. I am retiring and just wanted a conversation and quick exam. The earliest I could get an appointment was 4 months away! This is so inappropriate and not customer friendly at all. I do not want to switch doctors but not having access when I need it is important too
