The staff at Collins Property Management are amazing. They are very helpful with answering questions and concerns in a timely manner. We just moved back from out of state and was in need of a rental but didn’t want to deal with a property management that aren’t there for their tenants. Lo and behold Collins came through and took care of us. I highly recommend them for any rental needs. Thanks guys!

The office staff was very nice in the beginning but the operations director was definitely just being nice to get us into the property, after that she was rude and even told me I was lying about not receiving the maintenance updates. She is essentially the reason why we left. Also the office doesn’t seem to like to answer the phones, very hard to get a hold of. I gave this review four stars because of Craig, the manager.
