After working with Devon at Collins, I will never give business to this company. Especially for such a small town, I was amazed at the amount of disrespect and disregard I was treated with. The owner, Craig, and the showing agent were both kind, however I would never recommend this company due to their over all treatment of potential clients.
Highly recommend Collins Property Management! We listed our rental with Craig, and he made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions and consistently got back to me within a very short time. I also worked with Leslie, who was just as helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, a fantastic team — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
The most rude/condescending realtors I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will never trust them with my private info. Do not fill out a application with them, they are sharks, possing at guppies. Others I have talked with confirmed there shady/belligerent behavior.
The rudest people I have ever dealt with when it comes to looking for my new home. They must be doing so well that they have no need to be kind to people and welcoming to potential customers, or perhaps that’s why they have so many listings they have to keep taking down and putting back up. Your whole team needs a vacation and customer service training.
I would like to take this time to acknowledge the outstanding job that our property manager Rhi and her assistant Liz do for us. Over the many years of being on the board, Rhi has assisted us in sorting thru the normal tasks, to solutions for complex problems that arise, to board trainings.
