I would NOT recommend them for either renters or owners. Their agents are dishonest, lack integrity, and the owner doesn’t seem to care. I reached out to them minutes after they listed a rental on Chief Kelly Drive, and followed their application policies. Showing agent Leslie Robbins called me the following morning to let me know I was first in line and would have the first opportunity to see the rental and apply. The staff at Collins Property Management are amazing. They are very helpful with answering questions and concerns in a timely manner. We just moved back from out of state and was in need of a rental but didn’t want to deal with a property management that aren’t there for their tenants. Lo and behold Collins came through and took care of us. I highly recommend them for any rental needs. Thanks guys!
