I used Collins to manage my rental property for nine years and never had a complaint. They stayed on top of repairs and made sure that the rent was paid on time and deposits to my account were always timely. Kathline was especially helpful when it came time to sell the property. The outcome was outstanding despite a series of hiccups on the buyer's side. I highly recommend them.
We’ve been using Collin’s property management for about 6 months now and have nothing but good things to say… They care about the tenants and are fast with maintenance repairs…. Always have a nice attitude and answer all my questions without any hassle… I would recommend them to anyone!!
Well..Jared definitely isnt the most peopley person.
If youre looking for a home..and its listed under this group..Id be weary of how long their listing has been up ...& then think about the $75 application fee.... Im not sure they actually rent at all. If they do their requirements are unrealistic for the current times. Even if you meet the requirements they will add some and say you didnt provide enough.
Very bad business model.
