The most unprofessional property I have had to deal with. I applied to this property with my boyfriend but we were denied. They then told us they would try to appeal the denial. Days went past with no update. When we tried to call them we would get no answer. We would call them back to back still no answer. One day we were calling back to back with no answer until I called them from my work phone number which was answered on the second ring! We just moved and we are very happy with the help we received from Miss Cassedy. She was very kind, helped us a lot with our process, and was very attentive and helpful.
It's totally incredible. The service is excellent. Miss Cassedy is super friendly with my family and does an excellent job. She's very professional. I haven't been accepted into the application yet, but these are the things that make you fall in love with this place.
