I highly recommend the Collins Preserve. I was overseas in Japan during the entire application process. The staff Mrs Joy reached out to me when no other complex was doing follow ups. She made the process smooth and painless even with a 13 hour time difference on my end. My unit looked exactly how it did in the pictures before I moved in moved.
