We had used the years ago and not had an issue. We had them out to fix our geothermal and they tried several things over a couple weeks and couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Then they sent me a $400 bill while leaving my HVAC broken. I called Snell and they figured out the problem in 15 minutes and replaced it for less money than Collins. My advise is if you have HVAC needs use Snell. They are faster cheaper and more professional.

Worst place ever, guys didn’t fix the problem at all cost me 300 dollar and wasted hours or time. Had a locate plumber come and fixed the problem in minutes and cost me a 3rd of the price
