Friendly people but they charged us $165 to come service our system. Within 10 seconds, they said "sorry, we don't work on these - it's $1400 to replace it all". They knew our model before showing up so this was quite disingenuous. We ended up fixing it ourselves with a $65 part and 10 minutes. And still had to pay them $165 as they claimed "sorry, we don't check models before we come out". Bad business.
Their website gives you the option to request a quote. I wish that they also told you that it costs $90 to cut out all the back and forth. I REALLY think that I wrote out a very clear description of what I needed done but for some reason it kept being received as I wanted to replace the doors when I was only looking for them to be repaired.

I had Collins Garage door Co. perform much needed maintenance, on my 2 Garage doors. I am 100 % satisfied with the work, and the cost. Repair guy Pete, was friendly, professional, and did a super job. I will recommend Collins to friends, or anyone who wants to be treated fairly. thanks again Geoffrey Winn
Excellent service! David F. came out repaired the seal and doors handle. He was very honest and did an outstanding job. If we need service in the future we will definitely call Collins Overhead door. Thank you David.
