Unaware of proper protocall for veterans. Incompetant staff forced me to leave as a patient. For reasons such as my perscriptions weren't properly filed, paperwork misplaced, appointments cancelled because I hadn't got bloodwork, but was bleeding at 13 weeks and the information was known by the office.
