Unfortunately, we waited 4 months for a service that never came, after multiple phone calls and repeatedly being told that someone would be coming that week or the following, and then never showing up or even providing a courtesy call to reschedule. I understand emergencies happen, but very unprofessional to keep promising a service and then not show up and drag it out for 4 months. My furnace quit and would not restart. Only 1 phone call and someone was here within about an hour. Great people. Thank you so much Mr Collins and Coty for the quick response and courteous service. This is why I have been with this company for quite awhile.
Such kind hearted staff! We ran out of fuel today, and we have 2 young children with the flu. Cathy who works in the office was able to send a driver out within just a couple of hours, making sure they got to us. She was accommodating and understanding of our situation. The driver was also very helpful and kind! Thank you for keeping us warm!
Barry is a legend. This guy came out to fill our empty fuel tank and helped with some emergency frozen pipe repair on Christmas day with zero hesitation. This is the guy you want on your team. Amazing!
I can never say enough great things about Mr. Collins, the office ladies and the drivers. Great customer service inspires customer loyalty and they offer the best. I can't ever say enough about how wonderful they are. Thank You so much Collins Oil :-D
