Recently relocated back to upstate NY. Referred by friends to Collin's oil. Cody,and Ashley have been amazing! Great service! Sunday morning break down was meant with prompt service, and quick repairs. Small, family oriented business. Made us feel like part of their family.
Unfortunately, we waited 4 months for a service that never came, after multiple phone calls and repeatedly being told that someone would be coming that week or the following, and then never showing up or even providing a courtesy call to reschedule. I understand emergencies happen, but very unprofessional to keep promising a service and then not show up and drag it out for 4 months. I never run out of fuel on automatic delivery! Just had a circulator go bad - repair man was here in less than 24 hours.
Great Customer service! Great price. Why go anywhere else!! Last few winters we have used Collins and it's always a breeze. Driver is really Nice guy, and very accommodating. He was patient as one year I had a monster bees nest, and he waited until I eradicated the hive lol. Then filled my tank. He could have left , but he was patient , and I got my fuel. Great Company
My furnace quit and would not restart. Only 1 phone call and someone was here within about an hour. Great people. Thank you so much Mr Collins and Coty for the quick response and courteous service. This is why I have been with this company for quite awhile.
