I am an elderly woman and went in to have my brows waxed. I was greeted with "you have no eyebrows" at least twice in a very unfriendly and surly manner. (I do have sparse eyebrows that are very pale.) I was in pain from an injury and stumbled to get up on the table. I wasn't assisted except for a casual "be careful" and when the work was done was not even given a mirror to see the results. Courtesy and friendliness would have been most welcome but were totally absent from this salon.
Collins Nail Boutique SAVED THE DAY. I was in MEL for business and one of my very recently applied gels popped off. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and the literally jumped up to help. Color match was perfect and cuticle oil applied to all fingers. Best part - they did not want to charge me for 'only $5.' Amazing. Of course, I paid them! Could not have been any better. It's great to experience excellent customer service. I will use this salon again if the opportunity presents itself.
Good nails but not friendly or warm They do good nails a bit more friendly would help, when listening. The technician was good but filed my nails so hard and onto my skin my ring and middle finger are hurting 2 days later. Filing gently avoids this.

Really disappointed with my experience. All of the nails were lumpy and stuck to my fingers. When I asked her to fix them, she got quite angry and continued to be rough for the rest of the appointment, resulting in her being careless with the drill, cutting my fingers and scratching the ring I was wearing. At the end they were still lumpy and stuck to my fingers. They did not use sterile equipment. Please beware
