My nails are beautiful, however they cut my cuticles with unsanitised equipment (that I had just seen them use on someone else!) and made me bleed, which is not acceptable, and I won't be back.

Do not waste your time or money here. I came in my lunch break to get SNS on my natural nails. Without asking, the lady cut my pre-existing tips off and broke three of my nails. After I told her this, she told me I’d need to pay for tips even though I wanted to use my natural nail. She proceeded to use and power to build the tip, resulting in slanting and oddly shaped nails. I am devastated. Over priced and not worth it. Take your money LITERALLY anywhere else.
