Good nails but not friendly or warm They do good nails a bit more friendly would help, when listening. The technician was good but filed my nails so hard and onto my skin my ring and middle finger are hurting 2 days later. Filing gently avoids this.

Really disappointed with my experience. All of the nails were lumpy and stuck to my fingers. When I asked her to fix them, she got quite angry and continued to be rough for the rest of the appointment, resulting in her being careless with the drill, cutting my fingers and scratching the ring I was wearing. At the end they were still lumpy and stuck to my fingers. They did not use sterile equipment. Please beware

Went here to get removal and left my nails with leukonychia from how harshly she removed my nails just putting some sort of stuff from a bottle and scraping them off. Cost was meant to be $15 and she actually charged 20 and still left some of the shellac on
