This medical group gives excellent care. They take the time to ensure you are heard and help support your overall health needs. I receive timely answers to my questions sent in the patient portal messaging system. We use their care for both adults and kids in our family. Highly recommend.
Very difficult to make appointments. No flexibility. Rude staff, especially Dr. Ravella’s assistant. We called her to say we will be late. She irrately asked how long and said if longer than 10 mins. My son showed up as we spoke. I said we would be there in 5 mins. We showed up 11 mins late for a 3:30 appointment and were told that we needed to reschedule, because I did not show up in the 5 mins I estimated. Sorry, I can’t predict traffic.
