We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Collins Mechanical. They are an honest and professional group of people, always protecting the customer's interest. It started with getting a second opinion after another company... one of those national companies that try to look local... literally shut our system down and told us we needed to replace it or turn it back on at our own peril. We came home last week to a stuffy house and ended up needing a whole new ac unit. Collins Mechanical came out the same day we called. Tony was wonderful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Jim came out for pricing and was super polite and professional. Tony and 2 others came out today to install our new unit, they were wonderful.
