Poor customer service, spoke to them twice in the same week as my appointment to verify my appt time and was told 4:00 got there the day of and she said I needed to reschedule because it was at 3:00. I waited over 6 months to get in and left work early for nothing.
I find the people there to be fairly nice, the equipment is up to date, the tests go by smoothly & quickly. They get the frames in, in a decent amount of time, in my opinion.
