The only thing that makes me give this office 2 stars is the doctor! The office staff is either under staffed or incompetent. We try for days just to speak with someone on the phone, leave messages in the portal, get pharmacies to request for us…. Nothing! I was on hold today for 10 mins just to be hung up on and when I tried to call back it rang for 3 minutes and no one would answer!
