First I called 800-Flowers, what a mistake. I spent 25 minutes on he phone giving all my information and hearing it repeated back to me over-and-over. I ordered a $50 arraingment. They then asked me if I wanted to get an express delivery, which meant it would get there before 1:00. I needed this, so I took it. At then end of our conversation, she said the total was $78.74.
