We had our privacy fence installed approximately 2 yrs ago… The fence consists of 2 gates… we have a gate that will not close.. problem now for 2 yrs!! Collins has come out a few time to repair however it STILL will not CLOSE We have called him and first they said they’d be back with in 2 wk to fix but NEVER came. Now they WONT return our calls. They build a nice product but I feel they don’t stand behind it. We’ve offered to pay for repair No reply!!!
Can’t say enough about Phillip and his crew. If you want a fence done right he is your guy, exceeded my expectations. 5+ stars if I could. My property wasn’t the easiest to do with sloping property lines and they made the fence look streamline. If it takes you more than 2 fingers to open the gate it’s unacceptable for him and he isn’t kidding. No struggle whatsoever to open the gate.
