Stephanie Smith is amazing. I called her right before thanksgiving and within 2 weeks she had an emergency hearing scheduled to ensure safety for my two boys. This law group has continually violated my due process rights under federal law. They are involved in witness tampering related to my active human trafficking case, in which my minor daughter was kidnapped. They have attempted to enforce an order that would keep my daughter in the care of my trafficker. They committed perjury by filing court documents under a name that is not mine, and failed to follow the proper UCCJEA court-to-court procedures. I have worked with Stephanie Smith multiple times in the past and she has been amazing. As a father, it is nice to have someone who is willing to take on the tough cases for a win. Stephanie Smith has gone above and behind to get me more time with my son. If the need for an attorney comes again, I will be contacting this law firm to have Stephanie Smith represent me again.
It was unfortunate that I paid the consultation fee to find out in order to get myself out of a bad situation. The minimum I would have to pay is $7000 and most likely lose my kids possibly lose my house and everything I’ve worked hard for they basically scared me into to staying miserable for the rest of my life so I don’t lose everything..
