Stephanie Smith is amazing. I called her right before thanksgiving and within 2 weeks she had an emergency hearing scheduled to ensure safety for my two boys. This law group has continually violated my due process rights under federal law. They are involved in witness tampering related to my active human trafficking case, in which my minor daughter was kidnapped. They have attempted to enforce an order that would keep my daughter in the care of my trafficker. They committed perjury by filing court documents under a name that is not mine, and failed to follow the proper UCCJEA court-to-court procedures.
