Our company, Bridge Management Services, hired Collins Construction for our first development, Arctic Hardware (True Value) in Wasilla, AK. The loan with the SBA was a nightmare; the process and paperwork before the construction was agonizing. With a short summer, I braced for more problems with the construction of our 12,000 sq ft building...but they didn't happen.
