Level of care is fantastic we love our provider Office staff however 0 stars. I can never get in to be seen because I don’t get a response via phone call or text message.
We had the BEST experience. Hands down. Very professional manner of all providers, sweet Ryan upfront, and such a beautiful home/office. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere, in a historic 130 year old home off the brick streets in Tyler! Mrs. Elena Cox was so so sweet, professional, and had great advice for every detail. Will return and highly recommend to friends and family! Wow. Such a great place and practice. 👏🏼
Honestly love Eva Blight. The front staff on the other hand, are either horribly understaffed or just don’t care about their jobs. No one ever answers when I call. No one returns my phone calls even though I leave messages. They respond via email in an unfriendly manner. And now that I’m out of state they won’t even call our new paediatrician back to receive records even though we’ve been asking for weeks. And when we did live in town and needed an appointment, getting ahold of them was so hard. I’m not sure what’s going on ... read more
