If you want a doctor who doesn't answer the phone, send in prescriptions or make appointments when requested then this is the doctor for you! We have been calling and messaging them for 4 days now and they will not make an appointment or prescribe medicine. We had to take our baby to the emergency room because we had no other option. We need a refill on what they prescribed at the emergency room and they are so unorganized that they can't even do that.
We had really high hopes for care here. Beth is great, but unfortunately we had to leave the practice due to poor management and little to no communication/call backs. We have an infant baby who we had some medical concerns for, and even making a sick appointment is nearly impossible. i’ve had to call 9 times to get an actual answer so that i could have them send a referral to a tounge and lip tie office, they mention the best communication is the portal and even that is very, very delayed. Absolutely amazing! She stayed open for us to be seen and she answered all the questions and concerns. Met us on all levels of expectations. Offered us multiple options for solutions and support. Could not recommend enough!
Disappointed by our experience with the facility. Poor communication, unprofessional receptionists, poor response time, lack of sympathy, lack of shared urgency. We came to Beth Collins as she was highly rated and recommended by friends. We enjoyed our Dr visit but was highly disappointed by the clinic and their communication.
