Collins commercial services sent Chris out to check out my garbage disposal. He was very professional and decided he had to put in a new one. This was all done through my home warranty plan with one guard. I will definitely have Chris back whenever I have a problem if it's at all possible. Help! My kitchen sink is backed up! I called Collins and they sent Brian Heavlin to the rescue. He was polite, friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. He even called when he was 15 minutes away to let us know he would be here soon. Brian fixed our problem and was neat and clean leaving us with no more mess. Thank you Brian and Collins. Eric was amazing and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. A Collins rep called right away and I had a tech there within two hours! Customer service was very friendly and thorough and asked about all of my issues, while keeping my safety in mind during COVID19. Eric also showed up at my door wearing a mask for safety for everyone. Thanks so much for providing a great service even if this crazy time.
Collins Commercial is a top-notch company. By far, the best plumbers we have ever used. We have used Collins multiple times in our home for plumbing issues.
