Eric was amazing and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. A Collins rep called right away and I had a tech there within two hours! Customer service was very friendly and thorough and asked about all of my issues, while keeping my safety in mind during COVID19. Eric also showed up at my door wearing a mask for safety for everyone. Thanks so much for providing a great service even if this crazy time.
Collins Commercial is a top-notch company. By far, the best plumbers we have ever used. We have used Collins multiple times in our home for plumbing issues. Most recently we had them out to diagnose and fix a water leak in our kitchen. Collins got me scheduled for a same-day appointment. I would like to thank collins commercial services for the prompt way they took care of our ac. Gabriel ortiz the service tech was wonderful and explained what he had to do and was very thorough and took care of everything in a timely manner. Water heater was not working. Eric came over and looked it over and as I thought, it was a goner. Eric drained the tank and remove the heater. Went and picked up a new heater for me and replace the water lines that were bad. He was here for a good three hours. A very nice guy and did a great job would recommend him And this company to anyone. Luckily I had a home warranty on it.
If I could rate them at 6 stars I would! Their serviceman Gabriel is the BEST!! We had an issue that was difficult to find and he had the perseverance and knowledge to correct the problem! In today's world having great service should be rewarded. After today we will always use Collins Commercial Services!!
