as the son of a client, who feels bad at moment for recommending a whole new AC unit to his mother, I regret leaving these types of reviews. but this isn’t a horrible $50 steak and poor kitchen staff type petty review, it’s more of a hope they see this and after doing wrong, do right by my mother. i recommmended Collins Comfort Masters to my mother, Kathie Jones, beginning of January. a $17k recommendation because she deserved a new unit after 15 plus years on her old unit. service of install was great. come to find out this... read more
