Great service from the minute I walk in the door. I have been going to Collins & Co. for years and would not go anywhere else. Kudos to Collins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to start off by saying that I have been to many different salons in my time and have never had this kind of experience. I was refered to this salon by a women's networking group. I guess because of the fact that I wasn't "cool" enough for the staff, I was treated like crap by the girls at the front desk. It took forever for them to finish their conversation about plastic surgery and then to turn around and look at me, only to say "Yes" while looking at me like I was completely ruining their conversation.
