What a horrible experience. I am a renter and went to go tour an apartment put up for lease by Brian Collins. The place was absolutely wonderful and I expressed interest right away only to be ghosted by Brian himself! I'm not sure what led him to believe through our brief interaction that I would not be a suitable tenant, but I am curious to know, since this must be the reason I never heard back from him! Brian was patient, highly knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and we are tremendously grateful for his guidance. He was incredibly professional, responded quickly whether by phone, email or text. He placed absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental manner, and was unfazed by anything we threw at him.
