First time customer today and I will be back. Read about this place on the Nashua Facebook page and had to go. I got the Italian Wedding soup and it was delicious. The meatballs were very flavorful and overall it was very satisfying. I wish I got a larger size! Place is tiny and is take out only which is fine by me. I got there at 10:50am and a line was already going out the door! Wait time is virtually nonexistent as they have a process that works, so have an idea of what you want because you will be up to order quick.
Best soups and chowder EVER! Their bread is really good too.

I read about Collins Brothers in the Telegraph yesterday and decided to try it out. I picked up a pint of broccoli cheddar soup and a quart of clam chowder. I had some chowder for lunch and it was good; thick and flavorful. John suggested we have soup for dinner, so I had the broccoli cheddar, which is hands down the best broccoli cheddar soup I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back and I look forward to trying more of your soups and chowders!
