Very trustworthy gentlemen. I have had these guys repair all of my vehicles a terrible bad buy Mazda Protege, a Dodge Ram truck and a Cheby Suburban, all older than 1999. I have always been given a fair price to repair the car, they get me in in a timely manner almost always if not within a 2 week appt period. I have had to call these guys prior to trips due to a last minute break in a part of the car and they seem to always get me in. I drive a 2006 Hyundai Sonata with a manual transmission. In January, 2010, I had issues with the clutch in that it could not hold pressure. The problem turned out to be a slave cylinder, which is located in the transmission (Not an easy part to get to and change, in other words, labor intensive). I went to Collins Brothers for a new transmission for my Saturn SL. Two years later, Im having to replace the transmission again. They do not do honest work. They replaced my transmission with one that was far from new and they did not secure it correctly. I would go somewhere else if I can for my future repairs. They are widely known at local repair and mechanic shops to do horrible work. Some have to repair what collins brothers have done to these cars. Stay away from Collins Brothers.
Fair, honest, quality service. Weve been going to Kelly for years. Because they are a small shop, it sometimes takes 1 to 2 weeks to get in. Weve learned to plan ahead so we can use them.
There have been MANY times Kelly, Dave and, their crew have saved my butt. Very trust worthy and honest mechanics. Sure it may have a delay from a couple days or a week, but if you want excellent work, Collins Bros are a great choice.
Collins Bros. Transmission has a 4.6 star rating with 59 reviews.
Collins Bros. Transmission is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 8:00 a.m.
