Friendly and fair pricing.
While traveling I had some issues with my front tire. The lugnuts were coming loose and one had actually already fallen out. I had five more hours of driving to go and knew that wouldn’t be possible. I found Collins on Google maps and as soon as I got there and told them what happened they were working to help. I was back on the road just a couple hours later. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and tire rotation. Additionally, I had asked to have a mystery noise investigated. It was driving me nuts for about 6 months. Something rolling back and fourth under my front passenger seat with every stop and acceleration. Needless to say – super annoying. Lynn called me with updates and kept my in the loop.
