I got a car from these guys which was a lemon. The car got repo 'ed which I didn't mind because it was a piece of junk that constantly leaked water that we could never find where it was leaking, the passenger side mirror was completely gone, the roof linier was coming down. Then one of their workers posted on my Facebook page that I stole the car after they have already got the car back. First off very unprofessional then slanderous.
Cars break down days after leaving the lot and they DO NOT care it's your problem now.
put a $1,200 down payment on a car and it ran long enough to get it home. Started having issues with it the same day . I called them and was told to call back the next day which is today 5/4/2020, explained the situation of it won't start and all that was offered was a number to a towing company!! RecommendedNever had a major issue out of the car i got from them. All and all a good little car lot if your just getting on your feet. Will you guys send me a message?
Bought a 03 impala ls and the motor mount broke off and busted the head. After taking it apart found out the gaskets were all blown so now we are expected to make monthly payments for a car that we cant even use right now and probably wont be able to for awhile. Definitely DO NOT purchase a vehicle through these guys because they wont tell you about the cars issues.
Not the type of people to do business with unless you dont mind being scammed and lied too.
really nothing they can do. a friend of mine was buying a truck from Collins. Well the motor blew up and my friend replaced with a brand new crate motor and Collins repoed the truck and said that my friend didn't make any payments but I've seen bank statements where Collins was drafting my friends bank account every month. so no I DO NOT recommend Collins to anybody
Amazing people!! They have always been upfront and honest with us. We will always go back for all of vehicles!!
