I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a quote on a new AC unit. The day of appointment I called to confirm with Grant if someone was coming out. Since I live in Visalia the owner Philip decided he's not coming out and due to my paperwork being misplaced that's why I was never notified. So if you live in the Visalia area your business is not wanted.
I was a long time costumer who bought an AC unit from them two years ago. Well the compressor broke on the unit they installed and recommended. They wanted to charge me 1300 dollars to replace the compressor which is under warranty. I will never do business with them again instead I called Arctic Air which do the job for half the price. Collins air do not trust them with your AC units!
