I have lived here since 1999 and absolutely love the way that I am treated by the staff. I love the upkeep with the property, beautiful summer flowers they plant and the work that maintenance does year round is great! Collingwood Village will continue to be my home for a long time!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. The landlord Jen acts all sweet and nice when she is showing you around and makes this place sound so wonderful. The first lie she told us was that we only share the 2 washer/dryers with OUR building, you don't, you share with your building and another one, and its a rip off, its 1.50 to wash and 1.50 to dry. Maintenance is horrible! they went in without our permission, they do not fix problems in a timely manner and now I can rarely speak to Jen on the telephone because she never returns my phone calls. These Apartments are located near Downtown Davison, access to shopping and resturants. This is a great place to live and a great community for family. I would recommend this to any one looking for a great place in The City Of Flags Davison, MI.
